What Not To Do To Get Facebook Likes?

For the past few days I've been trying different techniques that I found on Internet to get quick Facebook likes. Well if you are also searching for the same thing then, I can help you save your time by telling you what I've already tried and not worked.
Before I tell you what are the things I've already done, let me tell you why you need Facebook likes.

Why you need Facebook Likes?

You Need Facebook likes because whatever you publish on your Facebook page is shown on the person's news feed and the statistics shows 30 percent of people tends to click on whatever is shown on news feed.

So, if you have 1000 likes on your page then you will get around 300 hundred unique visitors per post just after one time hard work.
So, How to get Facebook likes
Well, I don't have the answer for that question as you can see my Facebook page has only 1 like
What I've not done

I haven't told any of my friends about my site's fanpage. I think if you ask your friends to like your Facebook Page they may check it at the beginning just to support you but in the long run that won't benefit you (I haven't tried it, I just think it might be the case)
What I've tried and How I failed

1. Blog commenting with your Facebook Page or Website Link

At the beginning when i used to comment on any blog. I used to post a direct link of my Facebook Fanpage or website, as a result of which the site owner never publishes my comment.
Later I found that you can't simply post link until you have something substantial to add to the post. So, if you are thinking of the same thing then drop the idea because it won't take you anywhere.

2. Invite People by Mailing List

This is my another failed attempt in getting Facebook likes. As you all must be knowing that Facebook allows to invite people by sending invites via contact list.
So, what I did was that I got a mailing list of around 9000 different mail IDs and out of these 9000 IDs 3500 were already present on Facebook I sent the invites to all these people and none of them not even a single person liked my page.
I don't know whether I wasn't able to use the list intelligently or the people I sent request to wasn't interested in what I'm blogging. Therefore, if you are trying to do this same thing, I will advice you not to do that as you will be just wasting your time.

3. Posting Link on Popular Facebook Pages

This is my third failed attempt in getting Facebook likes, what I did was I posted my Facebook page link on popular Facebook pages that has over 2-3 million likes. It didn't do me any good plus I keep getting messages from unknown people to like their page. So, again if you are thinking of doing the same thing I advice you not to, as you will just be wasting your time.
